I have been using herstyler flatirons for 0ver 15 years and it was definitely my go to until the last few months. I ordered one through Amazon had an issue with that one because it was pulling out my hair at the top of the Flat Iron. Bought another one from Amazon had the same issue when Flat Iron it pulls your hair out. So I decided to buy one from the company and I was very unhappy because it's pulling my hair out. i'm very sad about it because this is my favorite flattering and now it has something to do with manufacturing it because every last one that I've ordered has pulled my hair out. I'm requesting a refund.
