Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed. Expedite orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. P.O. Box

Orders shipped to a U.S. P.O. box will be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $10.

Herstyler.com currently only offers shipping to the United States, U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands), and Canada. We are not able to ship to any other international destinations at this time and do apologize for any inconvenience. Orders shipped to the above U.S. territories and Canada will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $35 and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Herstyler.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. HerStyler does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your specific charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders must be placed by 14:00 (2:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-877-554-1777.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

For all authorized online purchases, HerStyler offers a Manufacturer Warranty – if you are not satisfied with your product purchased online herstyler.com offers a 100% Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantee and will permit an exchange of the purchased product within 30 days of purchase for any alternative HerStyler product of equal or lesser value.
